Are you covered by insurance?

All the advice and task solving that LegalUp undertakes is liability insured, which basically means that any liability for damages that may arise as a direct result of errors or deficiencies in our advice is covered by our liability insurance at HDI Danmark.

Our services and advice are aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as startups that want professional, efficient and transparent legal solutions. We help both start-up companies and established companies with everything from incorporation to ongoing legal tasks.

Who does the work for you?

All legal work is carried out by experienced and specialized lawyers who are experts in their fields. We ensure that all tasks are handled professionally and with high quality, so that our customers always get the best possible solution.

Who are your subscriptions aimed at?

  • HR Law Subscription: Aimed at companies that need legal support within HR. This includes access to a hotline, discounts on HR legal tasks and free templates that make it easier to manage employee relations correctly and efficiently.
  • Startup Law Subscription: Aimed at startups and entrepreneurs who want access to specialized legal advice, discounts on legal tasks and templates to build and run their business professionally.

Are there restrictions on your subscriptions?

No, there is no binding on our subscriptions. You can cancel your membership at any time if you no longer wish to use it.

What is the difference between lawyers and lawyers?

A lawyer has a legal education and works with advice and case management in various legal areas, but is not authorized to lead legal proceedings. A lawyer is also a legal practitioner, but also has a legal qualification that gives them the right to represent clients in court. At LegalUp, we work with experienced lawyers who have expertise in their field and deliver high-level solutions.
