About LegalUp
LegalUp – The legal solution of the future for SMEs and entrepreneurs
LegalUp was founded with a vision to make competent legal advice available to companies of all sizes and industries. Behind LegalUp is entrepreneur and commercial lawyer Kristin Assaad, who during her commercial law studies founded Entrepreneurs’ Aid – a voluntary legal aid that has helped many thousands of entrepreneurs with free legal advice. It was here that Kristin discovered a common challenge among entrepreneurs: How do you ensure a strong legal foundation when the choice is often between expensive legal bills with long waiting times or uncertain do-it-yourself solutions? Kristin decided to create a better solution, and in 2018 LegalUp came into being.
After running the company alone for five years, in 2024 Kristin entered into a strong partnership with Dennis and Hassan, two experienced accountants with many years of experience in advising companies. This partnership strengthens LegalUp’s mission to offer accessible and competent legal advice, while expanding the company’s services and reach to even more clients.
LegalUp offers a new approach to legal advice – one that combines digital tools, on-demand specialist advice and fixed prices. We make it easy for businesses to get the legal help they need, whether as one-off tasks or through our subscription solutions that give access to a range of exclusive benefits.
As a modern alternative to traditional law firms, LegalUp is created to support small and medium-sized businesses. We deliver legal solutions at eye level, where quality, personal advice and tailored solutions are the focus. Our mission is to make law simple, accessible and affordable – without compromising either expertise or the relationship with our clients.
